Caitlin Clark just picked up her first award in the big leagues.
The Indiana Fever guard was named the WNBA Rookie of the Month for May, the league announced on Monday.
Clark is just the third player in franchise history to receive such an honour, joining Aliyah Boston (May, June and August 2023) and Canadian Natalie Achonwa (June 2015).
Despite a 1-8 record in her first month as a pro, Clark led all rookies in scoring (17.6 points per game), assists (6.6), total three-pointers made (24) and average minutes played (33).
The 22-year-old is also tied with WNBA legend Diana Taurasi for the most threes made among all players this season and is second in total assists (59).
Clark capped off her impressive first month with a 30-point performance against the Los Angeles Sparks on May 28. It was the 27th time a Fever player had scored 30 or more points in a regular season game.
The No. 1 overall pick in 2024 is also on a streak of 10 consecutive games racking up five or more assists.
She and Indiana will return to action on Friday, taking on Canadian rookie Aaliyah Edwards and the Washington Mystics.
