The WNBA's leading scorer is going on the shelf.
Los Angeles Sparks star guard Kelsey Plum suffered an ankle sprain in practice on Tuesday and will be evaluated in one week, ESPN's Alexa Philippou reported.
Plum, 31, is averaging a league-high 26.8 points per game this season, her second with L.A.
Before joining the Sparks ahead of the 2025 season, Plum spent six seasons with the Las Vegas Aces, where she won two WNBA championships.
Plum is a four-time All-Star and made the All-WNBA team in 2022.
The Sparks have started the season 3-3 and sit sixth in the Western Conference.
