The Toronto Tempo have added another Canadian to their roster.
Toronto signed Calgary's Yvonne Ejim to a training camp contract, the WNBA team announced Tuesday.
Ejim played last season in Spain with IDK Euskotren, averaging 9.8 points and 5.9 rebounds over 27 games.
The Gonzaga product was selected by the Indiana Fever 33rd overall in the 2025 WNBA Draft, but was waived before the season began.
With Gonzaga, Ejim was a two-time WCC player of the year.
After Ejim's addition, the Tempo now have 16 players under contract. For the regular season, each WNBA team is allowed to carry 12 players on its roster with two developmental slots.
The Tempo will have to cut down their roster before they open their inaugural season against the visiting Washington Mystics on Friday.
