Toronto Tempo guard Marina Mabrey has been named the WNBA's Eastern Conference player of the week, marking the first weekly honour of her career and the first in franchise history.
Mabrey averaged 21 points and 5.5 assists per game while shooting 57.7 per cent from the field in wins last week over the Chicago Sky and Seattle Storm.
Mabrey, who is averaging 18.7 points per game this season, surpassed 3,000 career points during the week.
She scored 24 points with seven assists, four rebounds, and a steal on 69.2 per cent shooting as Toronto scored a league season-high in points in a 111-104 road win over the Sky on May 27.
Mabrey then scored a team-high 18 points, added four assists, three rebounds, and a steal on Saturday in a 93-72 win over the visiting Storm.
The 29-year-old also reached a pair of career milestones during the week, surpassing 3,000 points and climbing into the WNBA's top 25 in all-time three-pointers.
The Tempo (5-4) are set to return to action Wednesday against the Liberty in New York.
Jessica Shepard, who averaged a monstrous 22-point, 20-rebound, 10-assist triple-double for the week, took the honour for the Western Conference.
