Bisons’ manager suspended for unusual protest

Buffalo Bisons manager Marty Brown was suspended following a unique protest after being ejected from a game for for arguing a call.

The manager for the Toronto Blue Jays triple-A affiliate Buffalo Bisons, Marty Brown, has been suspended three games following a unique protest after being ejected for arguing a call.

Brown was ejected from a game against the Norfolk Tides Sunday and proceeded to protest the ejection in an unusual way – by simply sitting down in the infield and crossing his legs.

He is eligible to return to the Bisons Thursday.

Brown was also fined an undisclosed amount of money, according to WKBW-TV in Buffalo.
