NEW YORK — The NFL has released its exhibition schedule and it features a Super Bowl rematch between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals.
The exhibition season begins Aug. 9 in Canton, Ohio, where the Buffalo Bills will play the Tennessee Titans in the Pro Football Hall of Fame game.
The Super Bowl-champion Steelers host the Cardinals Aug. 13 — six months after Pittsburgh defeated Arizona 27-23 for the NFL title.
Also, the Dallas Cowboys will play for the first time in their new US$1.1-billion stadium Aug. 21, facing the Tennessee Titans. On Aug. 24, the New York Jets play at Baltimore. Jets coach Rex Ryan is the former defensive co-ordinator for the Ravens.
