FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The New England Patriots have signed two draft picks, linebackers Jamie Collins and Steve Beauharnais (bo-HARR-ness).
Collins, 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, was a second-round pick from Southern Mississippi.
Beauharnais was picked in the seventh round. He is a 6-foot-2, 230-pound three-year starter at linebacker at Rutgers. He was named a semifinalist for the Butkus Award following his senior season.
The Patriots have signed four of their seven picks from this year’s draft.
