OTTAWA — The Ottawa Senators signed goalie Jeff Glass to a one-year deal on Monday.

It is a two-way contract. Glass, 22, played last season with Binghamton, Ottawa’s AHL affiliate. He posted a 15-20-4 record with a 2.88 goals-against average and a .913 save percentage.

The Calgary native was originally selected by the Senators with their third-round pick (89th overall) in the 2004 NHL draft.

He is best known for helping lead Canada’s team to gold at the 2005 world junior hockey championship.
