Canadiens acquire Baun from Blackhawks for Martinsen

The Montreal Canadiens have acquired forward Kyle Baun from the Chicago Blackhawks for forward Andreas Martinsen.

Baun, 25, has spent the last two seasons with the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs. In 117 games with the IceHogs, he has 15 goals and 43 points.

Martinsen, 27, was acquired by the Canadiens from the Colorado Avalanche at the trade deadline last season. He had no points in nine games with Montreal.
