The Montreal Canadiens have signed goaltender Charlie Lindgren to three-year, one-way contract extension through the 2020-21 season.

Lindgren has played eight NHL games with the Canadiens this season, posting a 3-4-1 record with a 2.43 goals-against average, .924 save percentage and one shutout. He’s played 11 NHL games in his career.
