Evengi Malkin didn’t just have himself a game Monday night — two goals, including the overtime winner — the Pittsburgh Penguins star also delivered the best post-game comments we’ve seen all season.

Here’s deadpan Malkin, flummoxed that teammate Marc-Andre Fleury was able to register 300 career NHL victories:

“My whole memories, I am score every practice, 10 goals. Every shootout, I score on him,” Malkin told reporters. “I don’t know how he win 300. I don’t know. It surprises me.”

With his 12th W of the season, a 3-2 gem over Boston, Fleury became the third-youngest goalie in NHL history to reach 300 wins (29 years, 361 days old).
