General manager Steve Tambellini announced Friday the Edmonton Oilers have recalled defenceman Theo Peckham from the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.
Peckham, 21, has played five games with the Falcons collecting one assist and 23 PIM. The Richmond Hill, Ont., native has appeared in 16 NHL games with the Oilers gathering 61 PIM.
In 111 games with the Falcons, Peckham tallied 12 goals and 20 assists for 32 points and 281 PIM.
Peckham was Edmonton’s 2nd choice (3rd round), 75th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
