Oilers’ Holloway out vs. Stars with illness, Gagner draws in

Edmonton Oilers centre Dylan Holloway will miss Saturday’s game against the Dallas Stars due to illness and will be replaced in the lineup by Sam Gagner.

Holloway, 22, has made 24 appearances with the Oilers this season, recording four points (three goals and one assist). He has also played four games for their AHL affiliate, the Bakersfield Condors, this season, where he has recorded another four points (two goals and two assists).

Gagner, 34, has 10 points (five goals and five assists) over 23 games with the Oilers and five points (one goal and four assists) in three appearances with the Condors this season.

Gagner was a scratch for the Oilers’ last game on Thursday against the Blues.
