Major League Baseball has postponed Sunday’s doubleheader between the Milwaukee Brewers and St. Louis Cardinals due to additional testing and monitoring of the Cardinals’ players and staff members, the league announced Saturday.
The league did not announce if those tests revealed additional positive results at this time.
The Cardinals are now slated to play four games against the Detroit Tigers in Detroit from Tuesday to Thursday, including a doubleheader on Wednesday and two games were St. Louis will be considered the “home” team.
Milwaukee is still scheduled to play this week’s home-and-home series against the Chicago White Sox at this time.
