Anthony Davis uses famous unibrow to pull off April Fools’ prank

Anthony Davis and his unibrow are inseparable. Never forget it.

After an uprising in fans clamouring for the New Orleans Pelicans all-star to make a change to his infamous brow, it appeared Davis had finally caved in on Saturday.

Davis posted a video following the tight vote, saying that “he was about to make a drastic change in his life” and wanted the fans to be a part of it. He proceeds to display a bottle of shaving gel along with a razor, leaving little to the imagination of what’s to come.

Just as he’s about to shave, though, the video cuts out and only returns with the brow seemingly split in two. This is where the questions arise as to whether he actually did it or not, and the intrigue is only built further by the fact that he posted the video a day before the customary April Fools’ Day.

Finally, on April 1, Davis decided to end the suspense by posting a photo of himself with the unibrow still intact, claiming that shaving it was never in his plans.

In this world of fake news being sprung upon us on the daily, perhaps we should have known better.
