VANCOUVER — Free-agent defensive lineman Nautyn McKay-Loescher has returned to the B.C. Lions den.
The six-foot-two, 260-pound Toronto native, who played with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats the last two seasons, has agreed to a new contract with the Lions, the CFL team said Tuesday. Terms were not announced.
McKay-Loescher was originally selected by B.C. in the second round of the 2003 CFL draft. He has appeared in 69 career regular-season games, recording 39 tackles and 21 sacks.
"Nautyn has been a very effective player for us in the past and we believe he can provide us with strong support along the defensive line once again," Neil McEvoy, B.C.’s player personnel co-ordinator, said in a release.
