Sometimes picking a rooting interest for the Super Bowl is no problem; other times it’s a struggle. “Do I care about either of these teams?” you may be asking yourself ahead of Super Bowl LII between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles. “Do I even need to watch?”

But then, invariably, you’ll find yourself in front of the television this Sunday with friends and family. What are you going to do — not pick someone to cheer for?
