Bruins sign defenceman John Moore to five-year contract

The Boston Bruins have signed defenceman John Moore to a five-contract worth $13.75 million.

Moore is coming off a season in which he played 81 games with the New Jersey Devils, recording seven goals and added 11 assists.

The 27-year-old was originally drafted in the first round of the 2009 NHL draft.
