Canadians sign former Lightning forward Matthew Peca

The Montreal Canadians have signed forward Matthew Peca to two-year contract valued at $2.6 million.

Peca, 25, spent most of the season with the Lightning’s AHL franchise, the Syracuse Crunch, last season.

He had 13 goals and 46 points in 63 games with the Crunch. In 10 games with the Lightning, he had two goals and five points.
