Canucks’ Brock Boeser out for ‘a little bit’ with injury

The Calgary Flames score three in the third period, with the winner coming from Dillon Dube, as they beat the Vancouver Canucks 6-2.

Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser will be out for “a little bit” after leaving Saturday’s 6-2 loss to the Calgary Flames in the third period following a collision with Calgary’s Andrew Mangiapane.

The exact nature of the injury is unclear, but Boeser left the ice holding his arm. Canucks head coach Travis Green hopes to know more about Boeser’s status Sunday.

Boeser has posted 16 goals and 29 assists in 55 games this season for a surprising Canucks team eyeing a serious playoff run.
