Canucks forward Roussel to miss training camp with concussion

Vancouver Canucks forward Antoine Roussel will not participate in training camp after sustaining a concussion during an informal scrimmage, the team announced Friday.

Roussel, 28, was signed by the Canucks in the offseason to a four-year, $12-million contract after scoring five goals and 17 points in 73 games with the Dallas Stars last season.

In 413 career games with Dallas, Roussel has 64 goals, 77 assists and 141 points along with 806 penalty minutes.
