Ducks sign centre Chase De Leo to one-year, two-way deal

The Anaheim Ducks have signed centreman Chase De Leo to a one-year, two-way contract, the club announced Saturday.

De Leo appeared in one game at the NHL for the Ducks last season, but spent the majority of the campaign with AHL San Diego, posting 25 points in 51 games for the Gulls.

The 24-year-old has three other NHL tilts under his belt, one with the Ducks last season, and two others with the Winnipeg Jets in 2015-16.

The Anaheim Ducks have signed centre Chase De Leo to a one-year, two-way contract.

De Leo, 23, was originally a fourth-round pick by the Winnipeg Jets in 2014. He has appeared in three NHL games with the Ducks and Jets.

Last season he played mostly with the AHL’s San Diego Gulls, where he had 20 goals and 55 points in 66 games.
