Ducks sign centre Chase De Leo to two-way deal

The Anaheim Ducks have signed centre Chase De Leo to a one-year, two-way contract through the 2018-19 NHL season. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

De Leo was acquired from the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for Nic Kerdiles on June 30. The 22-year-old De Leo spent the 2017-18 season with the AHL’s Manitoba Moose, scoring 12 goals and adding 23 assists.

A fourth-round pick of Winnipeg in 2014, De Leo has appeared in two NHL games over his career.
