The Anaheim Ducks have signed Troy Terry to a three-year contract extension, the team announced on Tuesday.

Terry was slated to become a restricted free agent after this season.

The 22-year-old missed six weeks after breaking a bone below his kneecap on Dec. 17, but still managed to score four goals and add 11 assists in 47 games prior to the season being paused due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Anaheim selected Terry in the fifth round, 148th overall, in the 2015 NHL Draft.

Throughout his 81-game career, he has scored eight goals and added 20 assists.
