The Anaheim Ducks have signed Korbinian Holzer to a one-year deal, the team announced Thursday.

The contract is worth a reported $750,000.

The 27-year-old native of Munich, Germany was acquired by the Ducks from the Leafs at the 2015 trade deadline in exchange for Eric Brewer and Anaheim’s 2016 fifth-round selection.

Holzer, who has yet to hit the ice with the Ducks, tallied two goals and nine points in 58 career games over the course of three seasons, all with the Maple Leafs. He was drafted in the fourth round (111th overall) by the Leafs in 2006.
