Edmonton Oilers sign Jason Garrison to 1-year deal

As Gene Principe reports, Tuesday will be one last chance for the Edmonton Oilers to explore the gorgeous German city of Cologne, but Wednesday it's back to business.

The Edmonton Oilers have signed defenceman Jason Garrison to a one-year contract worth $650,000.

Garrison had been with the team on a PTO and impressed in training camp.

The 33-year-old spent last season with the Vegas Golden Knights notching one assists in just eight games.

He has 48 goals and 159 points in 538 career NHL contests.
