Flames sign forward Buddy Robinson to contract

The Calgary Flames have signed forward Buddy Robinson to a contract, the team announced Monday.

Robinson has inked a two-year, two-way deal, according to Sportsnet 960 The FAN’s Pat Steinberg, and is worth $700,000 per season in the NHL and $325,000 in the AHL.

The 26-year-old was signed to a three-year entry level contract by the Ottawa Senators as an undrafted free agent in March 2013, and has played in seven career NHL games.
