Flames sign Ryan Lomberg to one-year, two-way deal

The Calgary Flames have avoided an arbitration hearing with RFA forward Ryan Lomberg, signing him to a one-year, two-way deal on Tuesday.

The contract is worth $700,000.

Lomberg, 24, spent most of the 2018-19 season with the Flames’ AHL affiliate, the Stockton Heat, where he scored 12 goals and added 17 assists for 29 points in 58 games. He has appeared in 11 career NHL games, all with the Flames, with one assist and 32 penalty minutes.
