The Philadelphia Flyers have agreed to terms with restricted free agent forward Scott Laughton on a two-year contract, the team announced Friday. The deal carries a cap hit of $2.3 million through 2020-21.

Laughton, 25, set new career highs in goals (12), assists (20) and overall points (32) this past season while skating in all 82 games for the Flyers.

Laughton filed for arbitration earlier this month and was scheduled for a hearing on July 30.
