Lightning sign goalie Michael Leighton to one-year deal

The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed goaltender Michael Leighton to a one-year, two-way deal.

Leighton appeared in just four games for the Carolina Hurricanes last season and went 2-2-0 with a 3.43 goals-against average and a .870 save percentage.
