Luke Schenn signs with Anaheim Ducks on one-year deal

The Anaheim Ducks have signed defenceman Luke Schenn to a one-year deal, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.

Schenn spent the past two seasons with the Arizona Coyotes, after stints in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Toronto. The 28-year-old has suited up for a total of 708 games at the NHL level altogether, posting 143 points in that span.

The Saskatoon, Sask., native was originally drafted fifth-overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs back in 2008.
