The Calgary Flames will get a welcome addition to their lineup Thursday as forward Micheal Ferland is ready to return after missing the past two games due to a mumps scare.

Ferland was pulled from the lineup prior to a Mar 19 game against the Los Angeles Kings for precautionary reasons and was quarantined for five days, but according to the team he is now symptom free.

The 24-year-old has 14 goals, seven assists and 31 penalty minutes in 67 games this season.

The Flames visit the Nashville Predators Thursday, a game available on Sportsnet Flames and Sportsnet 960 The Fan. Calgary is still without Matthew Tkachuk, who is serving the second game of a two-game suspension.
