The signal has left the building From the cameras, the picture is sent to a signal distribution centre in the ACC, below, where 4K and HD signals are interconnected. It then moves to a production truck outside, above, from which it begins its trip to the outside world.


Into the station and out through the tunnels The 4K signal is monitored at a quality-control distribution station, above, along with signals from across the cable plant. It then runs through reams of fibre optic cable on its way to fans’ TV screens.
