Pittsburgh Penguins sign Joe Cramarossa to two-way contract

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Joe Cramarossa to a two-way NHL contract for the remainder of the 2018-19 season.
 
The two-way deal contains an average annual value of $650,000. Cramarossa must clear waivers by 12:00 PM ET on Thursday to join the team or would continue to play for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.
   
Cramarossa has previous NHL experience, splitting 59 games between the Anaheim Ducks and Vancouver Canucks in 2016-17. He scored four goals and 10 points with 60 penalty minutes in those appearances.
   
The 26-year-old Toronto, native was originally chosen by the Anaheim Ducks in the third round (65th overall) in the 2011 NHL Draft.
