Senators ink forward Jordan Szwarz to a one-year, two-way contract

The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Jordan Szwarz to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Monday.

The pact is worth $800,000 at the NHL level and $425,000 in the AHL.

Szwarz, 28, spent the 2018-19 season with the Boston Bruins‘ AHL affiliate in Providence, where he served as captain. His 23 goals and 23 assists earned him an AHL All-Star nod. He suited up for 12 NHL games with the Bruins in 2017-18, tallying three assists.
