Senators trade 22nd overall draft pick to Rangers

The Ottawa Senators have traded the 22nd overall pick of the 2018 NHL Draft to the New York Rangers.

Ottawa lands picks No. 26 and 48 in return.

This is the club’s second first-round pick of the night, acquired from the Pittsburgh Penguins as part of Derick Brassard trade in February.

They Senators drafted forward Brady Tkachuk at No. 4 overall pick earlier Friday.
