The NHL released the new-look third jerseys of the Anaheim Ducks and Colorado Avalanche on Monday.
Except they didn’t actually mean to.
The jerseys, which are supposed to be officially released in October, were accidentally leaked online at shop.international.nhl.com, allowing many fans to get a sneak peek at the new designs.
Both jerseys embrace the classic throwback look, with the Ducks’ new silks being a bit, uh, brighter.
The Ducks take to their Disney roots with the old-school Mighty Ducks logo. (Check out past alternate jerseys here.)
The Avalanche, meanwhile are sticking with their classic colours in a simple retro design.
