Blue Jays recall Julian Merryweather, will be active vs. Cardinals

The Toronto Blue Jays have recalled right-hander Julian Merryweather from triple-A Buffalo and will be active for Monday's game vs. St. Louis Cardinals.

Catcher Zack Collins was optioned to triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move.

Merryweather, 30, has an 0-2 record with a 6.94 ERA and a 1.114 WHIP in 11.2 innings with the Blue Jays this season.
