It was a successful year at the plate for Toronto Blue Jays star Vladimir Guerrero Jr., even though his team missed the post-season.
The first basemen took home the Silver Slugger award for the position for the second in his career on Tuesday.
Guerrero Jr. hit .323/.396/.544 with 30 home runs and 103 RBI. He also earned the most offensive WAR among first basemen at 6.3. He also led the team in games played (159), at-bats (613) and hits (199).
He was named an All-Star for the fourth time in his six-year career.
Guerrero Jr. took home his first Silver Slugger award back in 2021 when he hit .311/.401/.601, 111 RBIs and a major league-leading 48 home runs.
The 25-year-old has one year remaining on his contract with the Blue Jays and is set to become a free agent in 2026.
