Kim Ng made history on Friday when she was named Miami Marlins general manager, becoming Major League Baseball's first female GM and the sport's first Asian-American GM.
Back in March, as part of a celebration of International Women's Day, Ng sat down with Sportsnet's Hazel Mae to discuss her journey and success in baseball, and what it would take to see a female GM in MLB.
