Catcher Luke Maile, who spent three seasons with the Toronto Blue Jays, has reportedly agreed to a major-league contract with the Milwaukee Brewers, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic.

Maile, 29, posted a .193/.257/.293 slash line in 158 career games with the Blue Jays from 2017-19. He signed with the Pittsburgh Pirates as a free agent last December, but missed the entire 2020 season after getting hit by a pitch and fracturing his right index finger.

Maile will be in his second year of arbitration eligibility in 2021 and is set to hit free agency in 2023. The Edgewood, Ky., native was selected in the eighth round of the 2012 MLB Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays.
