Zach Eflin's strong start gives Orioles win over Guardians

Adley Rutschman kicked off a four-run eighth inning with a pinch-hit two-RBI triple and Zach Eflin allowed two runs over 6.1 innings to earn his first win since being traded as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Cleveland Guardians 7-4.
