Inter Miami striker German Berterame left Saturday's match vs. CF Montreal in an ambulance after a scary play in the 69th minute.
The play occurred during a cross into the Montreal box, where Berterame and two Montreal defenders went up for a header, and the Miami forward went crashing down on his head.
Players from both sides immediately called for the training staff following the collision.
Berterame joined Miami in January, and has scored 7 goals in 16 appearances with the club. The 27-year-old has represented Mexico internationally.
