Featherweight prospect Shane Burgos preserved his perfect mixed martial arts record with a TKO victory over Charles Rosa on the UFC 210 preliminary card.

Rosa, who made some noise this week for defending his friend Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins, landed an unintentional low blow in the first round that appeared to anger Burgos who proceeded to impose his striking game.

Burgos (9-0) used his reach advantage effectively and rocked Rosa in the third round, finishing him shortly afterwards.

Former Titan FC featherweight champion Desmond Green was victorious in his UC debut, handing Josh Emmett his first loss in their lightweight bout. Green improved to 20-5 and the Rochester, N.Y., native had the Buffalo crowd behind him.

Myles Jury snapped a two-fight losing streak by dominating and stopping Mike De La Torre with strikes in the first round of their 145-pound contest.

Also on the preliminary card, Gregor Gillespie earned one of the best knockout wins of the year as he put away Andrew Holbrook in just 21 seconds.
