Jon Jones and Glover Teixeira are set for their UFC 172 main event as both men made weight at the official weigh-ins Friday in Baltimore.

Jones was accompanied by his brothers, NFL defensive linemen Arthur and Chandler, and stepped on the scale at an even 205 pounds as he looks to defend his light-heavyweight title for a seventh consecutive time. Jones (19-1) is coming off a unanimous decision win over Alexander Gustafsson in Toronto last September.

“I’m going to give it my best and I’m predicting a victory,” Jones said.

Teixeira (22-2) also came in at the 205-pound mark. The Brazilian knockout artist is unbeaten in five UFC bouts, has won 20 consecutive fights dating back to 2006 and is coming off a first-round knockout win over Ryan Bader.

“He’s a great champion. I’m going to take that belt away from him tomorrow,” Teixeira said.

In the co-main event, Anthony Johnson made weight for his light-heavyweight bout with Phil Davis. Johnson returns to the UFC for the first time since January 2012 and has a history of missing weight, but since moving up to the 205-pound division has looked rejuvenated.

Johnson (16-4) has won six straight, while Davis (12-1, 1 NC) is coming off a victory over former light-heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida.

All fighters on the card made weight on their first attempt.
