Ja'Kobe Walter is good to go for Game 3, but the Toronto Raptors will once again be without their starting point guard.
A late addition to the Raptors' injury report Wednesday, Walter was listed as questionable with an illness but now appears healthy enough to play Thursday, according to Sportsnet's Michael Grange, as Toronto tries to avoid falling into an 0-3 hole in its first-round series with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Starting point guard Immanuel Quickley, however, will remain out of the lineup due to a right hamstring strain.
Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic said Wednesday that Quickley is "getting better every day," but his series debut will have to wait at least one more game.
The 26-year-old averaged 16.4 points, a career-high 5.9 assists, four rebounds and 31.9 minutes over 70 games this season.
Meanwhile, Walter had 21 points combined between Games 1 and 2 and made four of the 11 3-pointers he took.
The 21-year-old averaged 7.5 points and 2.6 rebounds on 44.6 per cent shooting in 72 regular-season games for Toronto while averaging 20.5 minutes of action per contest.
The series shifts to Toronto for Game 3, which goes Thursday at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT in Cleveland on Sportsnet ONE and Sportsnet+.
