The Los Angeles Lakers will be without their star on Sunday.
LeBron James was ruled out against Portland due to a foot injury, the team announced shortly before tipoff.
After originally being deemed probable for the game, James was downgraded to doubtful before officially being out.
It will be the first game James has missed this year. The 39-year-old is averaging 23 points, just over nine assists and eight rebounds per game this season.
James first experienced left foot soreness in Wednesday's loss against Miami, but followed it up Friday by playing a season-high 43 minutes in Atlanta.
The 22-year veteran will have plenty of time to rest, as the Lakers don't play until Friday against the Timberwolves.
Los Angeles guard Austin Reaves is also out. It will be his fifth consecutive missed game as he deals with a pelvic contusion.
