Bobby Portis is reportedly returning to the Milwaukee Bucks on a four-year, $49 million contract, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Portis, an NBA Champion with the Bucks in the 2020-21 season, declined his player option next season the day before. Because he has early bird rights in Milwaukee, the maximum that he could sign for is four years at $49M, but the contract has to be for a minimum of two seasons and cannot include an option in year two.

Playing with the Bucks for two seasons, in 2021-22 Portis appeared in 72 games averaging 14.6 points and 9.1 rebounds per game, a career-high in points for the forward.
