Norman Powell is heading to the Windy City.
The former Toronto Raptors guard has agreed to a two-year, $45-million deal with the Chicago Bulls, ESPN's Shams Charania reported Wednesday.
Powell, 33, was named an all-star for the first time in his career last season with the Miami Heat.
He averaged 21.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in his lone season with Miami.
The Heat acquired Powell last summer in a three-team deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, where he played for three-plus seasons, and the Utah Jazz.
Powell broke into the NBA with the Raptors after Toronto acquired his draft rights in the aftermath of the Milwaukee Bucks making him a second-round pick in 2015.
The San Diego native worked his way into the Raptors' rotation over the next few years, helping the team win the NBA title in 2019.
He was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers in March 2021 before rejoining ex-Raptors teammate Kawhi Leonard with the Clippers a year later.
The UCLA product has averaged 14 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists over his career.
