Jamison Battle has earned himself a full-time NBA contract, and Orlando Robinson is sticking around on a two-way contract.
The Toronto Raptors announced Friday that they have converted Battle's two-way contract to a new three-year standard deal. In a corresponding move, Robinson was signed to a two-way deal to fill Battle's vacated spot.
The Raptors had an open roster slot to fill after moving out multiple veterans ahead of the trade deadline, and Battle has earned the spot after playing well in his rookie season.
According to Sportsnet's Blake Murphy, Battle's deal is for the league minimum for the new two years and is only partially guaranteed.
An undrafted small forward out of Ohio State, Battle has appeared in 35 games this season for the Raptors off the bench, averaging 5.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in just over 12 minutes per game. He has also averaged 12.6 points and four rebounds in 11 G-League games for the Raptors 905.
Robinson, meanwhile, signed two 10-day contracts with Toronto earlier this season. The six-foot-10 big man averaged 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds while playing 11.1 minutes over seven games with the Raptors.
The 24-year-old had his second 10-day pact expire earlier Friday.
